Women in Christ (LWML)

 Women in Christ LWML will be selling boxes of "homemade" candies and chocolate covered pretzel rods on Sunday, February 9^th. Chocolate covered strawberries will be available through preorder ONLY.   Please fill out an order form to be sure you get YOUR strawberries. Order forms on the display table in the plaza. Proceeds will go to the Holy Cross Belize Mission Team. Questions, contact Carol Rawe, Liz Schrader or the church office.

 Homemade Candy and Help Needed

Calling all cooks, male or female. We need your homemade candy to fill the candy assortment boxes. Can you make fudge? Divinity? Truffles? Peanut brittle? Or, some other special type of candy? Make a batch to donate to Women in Christ’s annual candy sale. Candies need to be individually wrapped or in individual paper cups if at all possible. Bring to church on Saturday, February 8^th no later than 9:00 a.m. Please put your name on your candy as well as how much time it took for you to make it and note if you used nuts. Thrivent is underwriting part of the expenses of this event and needs an estimate of the time spent on the project. Your candy will be used to fill the assorted candy boxes. We will try to have a few nut-free boxes. Work sessions preparing the boxes, dipping strawberries, and stuffing candy boxes will be Saturday, February 8^th beginning at 9:00 a.m.

 Ash Wednesday Supper

February 26^th we host the supper for Ash Wednesday. A freewill offering will go to support Caleb Robbins mission. So, please bring a main dish, side dish and or dessert to share between 5:00 and 5:15 p.m. to the church. Helpers will be needed for set-up, serving, and cleanup as well. Come lend a hand.
